At its heart is a 19-year-old Canadian corn whisky, aged in American Oak to perfection. Then, we did what some whisky purists dare not: we leaned into Canada’s 9.09% whisky-making rule. While others shy away, we saw an opportunity—to elevate, enhance, and redefine whisky by blending in a precise measure of luxurious Oloroso Sherry. This is not a shortcut. This is a masterstroke.
Blind-tested against nearly 200 competitors, it shattered expectations and claimed top honors at the Canadian Whisky Awards. But awards are only the beginning—this is a whisky that sparks conversations and sets a new standard for what Canadian whisky can be.
