Golden Hour begins with Paradigm whisky that’s been gently fat washed with refined coconut oil — a technique that softens the whisky’s edges while adding an impossibly smooth, velvety texture without making the drink taste overtly tropical.

From there, we keep things intentionally simple: sugar, bitters, and balance.

The result is rich but bright. Familiar, but unmistakably its own thing. A cocktail with the depth and structure of a classic Old Fashioned, reimagined for warmer weather and slower sunsets.

Spirit-forward, silky, and dangerously easy to drink.

How to Serve

Pour 3 oz over a large cube in a rocks glass.

Optional: Express an orange peel over the glass to brighten the aromatics.
